B.Y.O.C.(Bring Your Own Camera)! Learn how to shoot better videos using your camera!

Dear visitor - the March intake has been filled by enthusiastic colleagues in hours! The registration is now closed and we're now working on an arrangement hoping to distribute this wonderful excess into more tailored and sensible classes. We will contact the participants of the March intake via email within a week, and colleagues who are more suitable to the subsequent groups will be notified once the dates are scheduled. Thanks again for your very kind interest in the series.

About the workshops:

This is a series for the practical. You will group with new PolyU friends, learn together, and apply knowledge into practice as a simple final group work.

In seven lunch sessions (we'll bring you sandwiches), we shall tour around PolyU campus and practice with specific set of skills to overcome common challenges in several actual environments such as low-lighting indoor, noisy outdoor, lecture hall or video studio... These topics will be covered:

  • Lighting
  • Audio recording
  • Operating your camera
