  Work Experience  
 

Before I joined the EDC, I have been working with various teams in HKU, CUHK, Baptist University, the former HKIEd, and EDB on assessing student learning; and with the learning evidences thus gathered, further informing and evaluating pedagogical designs. In 2013, I worked in the capacity of Educational Research Officer, then Section Head overseeing the collection and use of student data in driving strategic initiatives in teaching and learning at HKUST.
