Dear colleagues,

The Learning and Teaching Committee (LTC) decided, in its 16th Meeting held on 9 May 2002, that all SFQ reports are to be disseminated electronically instead of in hard-copy form.

I am pleased to inform you that with the expert technical support from ITS, the new system for electronic dissemination of SFQ reports via GroupWise has been set up. Starting this semester, all SFQ reports will be disseminated electronically via GroupWise. Staff members will receive their respective reports via GroupWise email while the reports for HoDs and departments will be put in the GroupWise Document Management System (DMS) for their access.

We hope that with the launching of this new dissemination system, efforts spent on managing and retrieving SFQ reports can be minimized. And since no hard copies of the SFQ reports will be produced, our environment will also be better protected.

HoDs and departments will be notified of the procedures for retrieving SFQ reports from the DMS in due course.
