  Work Experience  
 

Prior joining the EDC, I have been working at international market consultancy companies in Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand as senior consultant, specializing in market research and data analytic. I have had extensive experience in advance data analysis as I worked as a statistician at the Hong Kong Hospital Authority. I have joined EDC since 2010 and worked on initiatives in relation to evaluation in teaching and learning, including analyzing student data to drive strategic initiatives at PolyU. I have also collaborated with academic in a number of UGC’s and TDG’s projects at PolyU and contributed to scholarship of teaching and learning.
