Prior joining the EDC, I have been working at a number of international market consultancy companies in Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand as senior consultant, specializing in market research and data analytic. I was a statistician at the Hong Kong Hospital Authority and this role provided me extensive experiences in data mining and analytic. I have joined EDC since 2010 and have been working on initiatives in relation to Teaching and learning evaluation, including data analytic on LMS data, research and evaluation methodology, and analysis of various forms of data from both teachers and students to drive strategic initiatives at PolyU. I have also been collaborating with academia in a number of UGC’s and TDG’s projects at PolyU and continued to contribute to the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL).
